Sarrat’s Lightning Dragon
This is our ‘Lightning Dragon’. After discussing as a group we decided that our dragon would protect the Earth when lightning strikes. We chose the colour purple as that is the colour that skies can turn in a thunder storm. Here is our description of our dragon:- The Lightning Dragon has sharp, razor claws that are curled over like an old person’s hand. The dragon’s fluorescent yellow eyes can spot a storm from 100 miles. The sparkly glistening wings slice through the thunder stopping it striking the Earth and causing harm.

Snake Posters from Roselands Primary School Gladiators Year 2
Today we created our posters using a computer. We had been learning to change font types and size, insert pictures and save our work, so we decided to make our posters in this way!
Perhaps you can spot our dragon work on the wall behind some of the group. We were too late to submit this, but, as we are performing The Christmas Dragon as our play this term, all the class were involved in the display and have loved hearing the story too. -
